Help & FAQ

Why Use Screenshot Solver?

Important: Color Block Jam randomly swaps level layouts between players. This means that level numbers don't always match the same puzzle layout.

That's why our screenshot solver is the most reliable way to get the correct solution. Instead of relying on level numbers, we analyze your actual puzzle layout to provide the perfect solution.

How to Get the Best Results

1

Take a screenshot before moving any pieces

This ensures we see the original puzzle layout

2

Use the raw screenshot

Don't crop, edit, or modify the image in any way

3

Make sure the level is fully visible

The entire puzzle board should be in the screenshot

Common Issues

Why doesn't the level number match?

Color Block Jam uses a dynamic level system where puzzle layouts are randomly assigned to level numbers. This means that level 100 for one player might be different from level 100 for another player.

Why do I need to use a screenshot?

Screenshots allow us to see your exact puzzle layout, ensuring we provide the correct solution for your specific level, regardless of the level number.

What if my solution doesn't work?

If the solution doesn't match your level, it's likely because the level layout has changed. Try taking a new screenshot of your current level and we'll provide an updated solution.
